ABSTRACT

At present, countries around the world are paying greater attention to the protection of medicinal plants and traditional medicinal knowledge resources, and are looking for various ways to protect medicinal plants. Many countries have established their own databases to save the medicinal plant information resources. This paper focuses on the introduction of medicinal plant databases in six countries including Malaysia, Philippines, and Singapore, and compares their basic information. It is difficult to achieve integration and sharing among these databases. It brings certain difficulties to the use of researchers in related fields. It is suggested that the construction of a multinational common medicinal plant database should be included in the "Belt and Road Initiative" to systematically organize massive information, enhance exchanges between countries on traditional medicinal plants, and achieve medicinal plant information sharing, and the establishment of a shared database will reduce optimization and maintenance to a certain extent or renewal work, laying the foundation for the protection, development and sustainable use of traditional medicinal plant resources.

ABSTRACT

Abstract: The aim of this study was to identify the sources of information on mental health (SIMH) used by people in the literature, as well as to discuss the advantages and disadvantages associated with specific sources in order to understand the preferences and their explanations. A systematic literature review was carried out in five national and international databases (PubMed, Pepsic, IndexPsi, Scielo, and Lilacs) with the combination of two descriptors "information sources" and "mental health" in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. In total, 46 complete papers were found, but only 12 were selected for analysis. The information was organized in two categories defined a priori, based on the objectives of the study: SIMH used by specific groups and implications of the results of the studies analyzed in practice. We verified that the Internet and the health professional(s) were the most favored SIMH of the different samples analyzed. However, it is necessary for practitioners to point out reliable SIMH for patients and to explain possible limitations of each of these. We concluded that, although the Internet has increased access to mental health information, the role of professionals remains crucial in the production of reliable content.

ABSTRACT

Mental fatigue is the subjective state of people after excessive consumption of information resources. Its impact on cognitive activities is mainly manifested as decreased alertness, poor memory and inattention, which is highly related to the performance after impaired working memory. In this paper, the partial directional coherence method was used to calculate the coherence coefficient of scalp electroencephalogram (EEG) of each electrode. The analysis of brain network and its attribute parameters was used to explore the changes of information resource allocation of working memory under mental fatigue. Mental fatigue was quickly induced by the experimental paradigm of adaptive N-back working memory. Twenty-five healthy college students were randomly recruited as subjects, including 14 males and 11 females, aged from 20 to 27 years old, all right-handed. The behavioral data and resting scalp EEG data were collected simultaneously. The results showed that the main information transmission pathway of the brain changed under mental fatigue, mainly in the frontal lobe and parietal lobe. The significant changes in brain network parameters indicated that the information transmission path of the brain decreased and the efficiency of information transmission decreased significantly. In the causal flow of each electrode and the information flow of each brain region, the inflow of information resources in the frontal lobe decreased under mental fatigue. Although the parietal lobe region and occipital lobe region became the main functional connection areas in the fatigue state, the inflow of information resources in these two regions was still reduced as a whole. These results indicated that mental fatigue affected the information resources allocation of working memory, especially in the frontal and parietal regions which were closely related to working memory.

ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT The Informational Audit consists of periodically evaluating and examining the information resources that the entities possess to identify the information, its flows and elements that are part of the organizational processes, and thus the entity and its capacities are better understood. In addition, it allows to determine which are the informative sources that are possessed, which are the ones that are really needed, which are the ones that are not available and those that generate useless costs, that is, value the effectiveness and efficiency of the informational system. The present investigation has like objective: to realize a revision of the published thing on Information Audit in EBSCO, SciELO, RedAlyc, Google, Google Scholar and the Google Trends.
